 Dr. Hal Bertilson, professor of psychology, presented a paper on community peacebuilding at the 119th annual convention of the American Psychological Association in Washington, D.C., on Aug. 6, 2011.
 
Dr. Bertilson presented his paper at a session with two other speakers on Peacebuilding in Communities sponsored by Division 48 Society for the Psychological Study of Peace, Conflict, and Violence: Peace Psychology;  32 Society for Humanistic Psychology; 49 Society for Group Psychology and Group Psychotherapy; and 55 American Society for the Advancement of Pharmacotherapy.
