A $250,000 animal care facility was added to Barstow Hall Science Building in 2004.  This facility is equipped with two isolated animal care rooms, one of which is capable of safely housing exotic aquatic pest species.  Designed to meet all federal and state animal care guidelines, this facility will be used to house animals for both research and classroom use.
