Non-Contract Purchases: Greater Than $25,000
When there is no mandatory State or agency contract, purchases greater than $25,000 must go through an official sealed bid process completed by the Purchasing Office. The request for bid must be posted on VendorNet, the official bidding site for the State of Wisconsin. Completing a competitive bid process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months.
When the purchase involves services, the following forms are required prior to conducting the bid process:
