Financial Associate - As a Thrivent Financial representative, you'll build and manage your business as an independent contractor. You'll develop strong relationships with Lutherans and their families, as well as Lutheran congregations and institutions. Most importantly, you'll work one-on-one with members to help:

Tisha Gaspard currently works at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans as a Recruiting Manager and Licensing Coordinator in Eastern MN and Northwest WI region. She has been with the organization since 2008. Following graduation from Mankato State University with a B.S. in Finance she went to work as a financial advisor for a couple years and also has held positions in mortgage and recruiting. Tisha currently enjoys recruiting for financial representatives as she understands the amount of work it requires to be in this position, but also how rewarding this position can be to help make a difference in people's lives. There are not a lot of positions that you can work every day and know that you are making a difference in people's lives daily to help them live generously.
