The Human Resource Generalist Certificate is composed of six (6) required full day seminars and one (1) two-day seminar. Participants have two years to complete 4.8 (equal to 48 hours) of continuing education units (CEUs) geared to individuals who are new to human resources or who serve as human resource generalists. Each seminar is designed to address basic aspects of human resource management that are integral in building a solid program. The required seminars listed below are offered once annually.
