Welcome Family and Friends! 

We are excited for you to take part in our Parent and Family Program.  Please fill out and submit the form below.  A confirmation (for the Parent Reservation piece) will be sent to the email that you list.  Student reservation confirmations are sent separately to their UW-Superior email address.

SPECIAL NOTE: This reservation form is ONLY for parents and family members. Your student MUST complete the separate SOAR Student Reservation Form.

SOAR Dates:

Parents and families DO NOT need to select a date, you will be assigned to the same date as your student.

• June 10-11
• June 12-13
• June 17-18
• August 7-8

NOTE: Students attending SOAR may stay in the halls for free. They should indicate this on their registration form.  Parents and family wishing to stay in the halls for the SOAR session MUST call to make a reservation for Guest Housing through the Residence Life office at 715-394-8438.  Filling out this registration DOES NOT automatically sign parents/family up for housing.  Guest Housing for parents and family during SOAR may be available for a minimal fee.  To check availability, contact the Residence Life office after May 1st at 715-394-8438.
