Avram obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and his J.D. from New York Law School.  He has been a member of the Montclair State University Department of Political Science and Law since 1979 where he is presently an Associate Professor.  Avram practices law in Clifton, NJ concentrating in the areas of real estate, family law and litigation.

Avram and his wife Elizabeth reside in Montclair, NJ.
