Send a check:

Complete and print our Gift Form. Mail the form and your check to: UW-Superior Foundation, Belknap & Catlin P.O. Box 2000, Superior WI 54880-4500.

Set up an automatic bank draft:

Our electronic funds transfer program is a convenient way to automatically make a gift through your checking account. To initiate the transfer, please print and complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Form then mail it with a voided bank check to: UW-Superior Foundation, Belknap & Catlin P.O.
