Free Ladies Self Defense

Learn how to keep yourself safe!
Campus Recreation and Campus Safety have partnered to host 4 FREE Self Defense Classes for UWS females!
This course is taught by National Guard Instructor Todd Raymond, a Level III Certified Combative Instructor. You will learn ways to make yourself "non approachable" and learn disengagement strategies as well as exit strategies if you do become a victim.
The class is FREE and you are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions.
Class size is limited to the first 25 who register.
