On October 11, 2011 Campus Recreation's Superior Outdoor Adventure Program embarked on an epic journey in Billings Park. 

With 8 participants and 2 guides gliding over the clear, dark surface we made our way to the Bong Bridge, unsure of what the evening would bring.  With Halloween drawing near the group was skeptical of what lurked beneath the surface.  As they dipped their paddles to and fro the boats made their way in a somewhat straight line. 

The stars and moon shown brightly to illuminate their path across the water.  The temperatures were not as frigid as one would have expected.  And as they paddled they paddled.  Leaving SOAP-suds void of danger and a trail of laughter in their wake.
