Mark your calendars for Well Bee-ing Wednesday on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 12-1pm in MWC 2420!
Don't miss the first session of Campus Recreation's 12 week course called TLS (Transitions Lifestyle Solution). This 12 week comprehensive program includes weekly educational sessions on; healthy eating, exercise, stress reduction, and anti-aging behavior modification tools that all work around your Glycemic Index!
Weekly Topic sessions include:
*Jump Start your Success (Detox)
*Healthy Mind and Body
*How to read Labels
*Healthy Kitchen Basics
*Living a Lifestyle, NOT dieting
*Grains and your Weight
* Good Fats, Bad Fats
*Plateaus
*Get off the Sweet Stuff
*Managing Stress and your Weight
This session will give you the information to decide if you want to quit Yo-Yo dieting and focus on lifestyle change!
The program will begin a few weeks after this session and there will be a fee (discounted fee for MWC Members) to support Dr. Tony Macioce's time, weekly support, and information that goes into the 12 week program!
