Are you required to live on campus?

What do I do now??

1. Think about where you want to be living next year! (Keep in mind that you may be required to live on campus!)
2. Click on "Housing Profile & Contract" button to the right.
3. Since you already used Roommate Gateway once, click "login" on the upper right. You can be prompted to retrieve your password if you don't remember it.
4. Update your contract information. Are you a returning student? Did your class change? Make sure you've updated your academic class (sophomore, etc) as well as your university (non-UWS vs. UWS).You will need to "sign" your 2013-14 contract, which is where you select a meal plan, enter emergency info, etc. just as you
   did last year. This locks you into a housing contract with us. 
5. Click on "My Profile" and update your profile as needed (do you still listen to the same music? do you want to update your pics? Update what you say about yourself?)
6. Search & find, select and confirm a roommate. Do this ASAP. If you know who you want to live with, make sure you both select each other. You cannot select a room until you select a roommate!!
7. Once you are paired with a roommate, then you can SELECT A ROOM ANYWHERE ON CAMPUS.
8. Returning students MUST select a roommate and room no later than May 1^st or this will be done for you administratively.

• Curran-McNeill-Ostrander Hall
• Hawkes Hall

At this time, all single rooms have been awarded for 2013-14.  However, please feel free to fill out the 2013-14 Single Room Request List.  If you would like to live on 2nd Curran-McNeill for substance free or a Hawkes Hall suite, you are free to select that after selecting a roommate on Roommate Gateway!

 *Cancellations after July 1st will be charged $150. Cancellations after August 15th will be a $500 charge. Cancellations after possession of the room/start of the academic year will be a $500 charge plus the prorated weekly rate.
