Special Request
- Weapons/Animals Request - If you wish to have any type of weapon or animal on campus for a class project or show please fill out one of these forms and route it to us prior to the event.

- Long term weapon storage is done at the Shooting Sports Range in Old Main in a locker in their weapon storage room. (Officer Danielson - Coordinator, 394-5089)
- Afterhours Pass Request Form 1 - Must be completed and sent to Parking via email attachment by a faculty member or their staff representative to be honored.
- Bicycle Registration Form - Fill out the information and download a digital picture of your bicycle into the form in the space provided. Please shrink the picture down to about a 2" x 2" size. Send the completed form to Parking then stop by our office (Public Safety Building - 606 Belknap Street) to receive your sticker when you receive an email reply that it is ready. The sticker should be placed somewhere on the main frame between the seat and peddles.

- You may still stop by our office (Public Safety Building - 606 Belknap Street) with your bicycle to have a picture taken of your bicycle and fill out the registration form to receive your sticker if you wish to. All Dormitory residents are required to have their bicycles registered with Campus Safety while they are on campus.

- Please remember to always lock your bicycle up to a bicycle rack while on campus. If you leave campus please remember to always lock your bicycle up if you leave it anywhere for any amount of time. People have been known to steal them if they are not securely locked up.
- Annual Security Report Availability Notice - A printable notice that our annual Security Report is available on our web site or by asking for a copy by calling (715)394-8461 or emailing Director Gulbrandson.
