Duties: Tom provides leadership for the Infrastructure Services group in Technology Services.  Infrastructure Services is responsible for providing highly available, high quality access to the University's electronic resources and the Internet. This includes network, Internet, telephone, wireless, servers, email, computer labs, desktop support and all of the equipment or services that keep the campus connected. Tom is a member of the Technology Services Management Team.
