Over the next two weeks Technology Services will be gathering input for our Strategic Planning and future decision making process.. We will be going building to building gathering your thoughts and ideas on how to serve the Technology needs of UW-Superior. We also offer an online form to submit this information. In either case, the input will be kept anonymous and used only for future planning. We value the input of all Students, Faculty, and Staff and want to gather your comments and ideas. You are free to attend any of the sessions when they are advertised.
Here is a list of our session locations where we will gather your comments and provide entry forms for our prize drawing:
We have held sessions at the locations above and do not have any future sessions scheduled at this time. Please fill out the online form located at http://www.uwsuper.edu/technology to enter your survey online. Click on the Ear logo to start the survey. After you complete the anonymous survey you will be redirected to the prize drawing entry form.
Anyone who fills out a form at a session or online will be eligible to enter our prize drawing (One Entry per Person, must be a currently enrolled UW-Superior Student, or currently employed as a Faculty, or Staff member on the UW-Superior campus). When you fill-out the form on-line and submit you be re-directed to a place where you can register for the prize drawing.
On February 15th, 2010 we will draw for the following prizes from all entries received:
Two Grand Prizes:
Each Grand Prize winner will receive an 8 GB Apple iPod nano in their choice of color.
10 First Prizes:
Each First Prize winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to the UW-Superior Bookstore.
