Technology Services loans media equipment to University of Wisconsin-Superior faculty, staff, and students for university related activities. There are limited quantities of equipment items. All of our equipment is loaned out for up to 3 business days.  See our Technology Loan Agreement for more information on loan eligibility, loan terms, renewals, and overdue fines.

Advance reservation is recommended.  Reservations may be made by contacting the Technology Helpdesk.  Presentation of a valid UW-Superior ID card is required for all loans. 

Note:  Equipment requests made through email must include the equipment item(s) needed, pick-up date/time, and return date/time.  If the equipment is available, you will receive a confirmation email.  Until that confirmation is received the equipment has not been reserved for you.
