All are welcome to join us for this self-defense class to learn more about how to defend oneself. This event is also in honor of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW) Awareness Day, which is observed annually on May 5th. The class is free for all to attend and is being offered as a way for individuals to learn how to defend themselves while also bringing awareness to MMIW issues and impacts.
