UW-Superior to host guest speaker Mónica Guzmán

The University of Wisconsin-Superior will host guest speaker Mónica Guzmán on Tuesday, October 8, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Yellowjacket Union Great Room. This free event is available in person or via livestream.

Guzmán is a bridge builder, journalist and entrepreneur who lives for great conversations sparked by curious questions. She’s the author of “I Never Thought of it That Way: How to Have Fearlessly Curious Conversations in Dangerously Divided Times,” founder and CEO of Reclaim Curiosity, Senior Fellow for Public Practice at Braver Angels and host of A Braver Way podcast.

The event will begin with a reception with book signing from 5 to 5:45 p.m. with fireside chat beginning at 6:15 p.m. Refreshments will be provided. A sign language interpreter will be present at this event.
