About
Ed’s primary duty is to support university-owned server hardware, operating systems and server software. This includes but is not limited to active directory, email services, file servers, virtual servers, web servers, storage administration and various client/server software. Typical tasks with these items include hardware maintenance, patch installation, upgrades, migrations, configuration, troubleshooting, account maintenance and system security. Ed enjoys maintaining a stable and pleasant computing experience for the campus community.
