How to Reenter
Reentry (Non-Transfer)
If you have not attended another college or university since leaving UW-Superior and you left in good academic standing, follow these steps:
- Complete our free application (be sure to indicate that you are applying as a ‘reentry’ student).
- Upon admission, you will be connected with an academic advisor that will work with you to tailor your degree program.
Transfer Reentry
If you attended another college or university after leaving UW-Superior, you are considered a transfer student in terms of your application for readmission. Follow these guidelines for applying to UW-Superior as a transfer student.
Reentry Following Academic Suspension
If you were previously suspended from UW-Superior and have not attended for at least one semester (not including summer session), please follow these steps:
- Complete our free application (be sure to indicate that you are applying as a ‘reentry’ student).
- Upon admission, you will need to connect with your academic advisor before registering for courses.
If this is your second (or more) suspension, you must sit out for one academic year. Students who have been previously suspended must petition for reinstatement through the Credits and Reinstatement Committee after one year of non-enrollment.
If you were suspended from UW-Superior due to conduct and are interested in reentry, please contact the Dean of Students office.
Graduate Reentry
If you are a returning graduate student in good academic standing, please contact Graduate Admissions for next steps.
