MBSR 2025 Winter Orientation

LOCATION: Virtually via Zoom

You do not need to be registered to attend this free virtual zoom orientation. This is a good place to learn more about the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class and see if it’s for you! If you’ve already decided to take the class, this orientation is required.

This class will be meeting for 8 weeks (plus one all-day session on Saturday, March 1) on the following Wednesday evenings: January 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26, March 5 (no class spring break week, March 12), 19, and 26.
