The CLIC’s Open Educational Resource (OER) Committee is celebrating the launch of three open textbooks written by UW-Superior instructors through OER Creation Mini-Grants:

Macro Practice for Community and Organizational Change by Lynn Goerdt, Professor of Social Work

People and Music: An Appreciation and History by Rich Freese, Adjunct Instructor of Music

Nurturing Potential: An Equity-Minded Approach to Functional Behavioral Assessment by Amanda Zbacnik, Associate Professor of Education, & Staci Gilpin, former Senior Lecturer of Education
Combined, these three books save students a total of over $11,000 each year. Join the CLIC and our three authors at the OER Book Launch & Reception to hear about their experiences writing open textbooks.
