Pruitt Center Mini-Mindfulness Retreat
As the fall semester is quickly coming to a close, (seriously, where did it go?!) we wanted to invite you to the UW-Superior Faculty/Staff Mini-Mindfulness Retreat on December 20th in the Pope Student Center (second floor of Old Main). This semester was a busy, fast-paced, and at times, stressful one, and we wanted to offer an opportunity for us all to get together to intentionally take care of ourselves before the holidays.
