Trish Allen serves as the Tutoring & Testing Coordinator, overseeing all tutoring programs on campus which includes peer tutoring and embedded tutoring. She also manages the first-year mentorship program in collaboration with Mentor Collective, provides academic recovery support for students on academic notice and suspension, and takes on a caseload of students identified through Progress Reports who need academic support. Trish offers support to all UW-Superior students helping them develop effective study skills and achieve their academic goals.

Under her leadership, the Educational Success Center’s tutoring program earned College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) Level 1 Certification in Spring 2024, ensuring high-quality tutor training and academic support for students.

Trish has a background in nonprofit work, advocacy, and children’s mental health. She integrates strategies focused on well-being, accountability, and motivation to foster student success and create a supportive learning environment where students thrive.
