Spring Semester 2026
Regular class meetings will be held through Friday, May 8, 2026.
Final exams will occur May 11-14, Monday 11, Tuesday 12, Wednesday 13, Thursday 14, 2026. All faculty members who teach courses which are regularly scheduled, and which conclude at the end of a semester must give a final examination during the time period scheduled on the final examination table. Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the Provost.
The following schedule must be followed. Students should work with their instructor to request final exam schedule changes.
The Spring 2026 final exam schedule will be visible in E-Hive in 2/18/2026.
- Evening Classes – Final exams will be held during the last meeting of class during the period of May 12-15, 2025. Evening classes are those that begin after 5:00 p.m. If a course meets more than one day a week after 5:00 p.m., the test will occur on the earliest day of final exam week.
- A class which begins at times other than on the hours (i.e. 2:30 p.m.) will take the final examination at the time scheduled for the previous hour (i.e. 2:00 p.m.).
- Final exams end at 10 minutes before the hour, allowing students time to move to their next exam.
- Short-Term and Weekend Courses – Weekend courses and courses shorter than one semester in length will have their final examination during the last meeting of the class.
- No University non-instructional activities requiring student participation shall be scheduled during final examination week.
