Learn more about the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and see if it’s for you! You do not need to be registered to attend this free virtual zoom orientation. If you’ve already decided to take the Spring 2026 MBSR course, this orientation is required.
The 8-week course includes weekly virtual classes on the following Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. March 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, and May 6, plus one all-day session on Saturday, April 18.
