Mindfulness Club-Yin Yoga

The Mindfulness Club will be hosting an introductory Yin Yoga group on the second level of the Jim Dan Hill Library. Yin Yoga is a meditative Yoga that focuses on prolonged deep tissue stretches that are held for 2-5 minutes. As stretches are held, attention is placed on the breath and the sensation of the pose, providing a meditative experience. This group is open to all experience levels.
