Merrill E. and Maxine Thompson Music Scholarship

For an incoming freshman who is majoring in Music in any instrument and excluding voice. Student will be eligible to renew for up to three years as long as a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 is maintained and the student is in good academic standing with the Music Department.

Mike Simon Northern State Bank Scholarship

For an incoming freshman student. First preference to a student majoring in Business or Education. Student must be from one of the following high schools: Ashland, Bayfield, Washburn, Mellen, or Butternut.

For students majoring in Music with emphasis on piano or violin.

Monica Tikkanen Scholarship

For a junior enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with at least a 2.5 GPA. Applicants must submit a short essay detailing how they struggle to continue with their degree program work due to family or job commitments and difficulties. Applicants must get a recommendation from an academic advisor that can vouch for the student's character.

Morden Student Services Scholarship

For a student that has at least a 2.5 GPA and has been assisted by student services. Preference given to female students that are divorced and attending UW-Superior to enhance/enrich their future.
