This is a level one training about trauma. The training covers a basic overview of NEAR Sciences (Neuroscience, Epigenetics, ACEs, and Resilience), Brain States, The individual experiences, and “ROLES” in being trauma informed.  The program provides foundational knowledge on how toxic stress and trauma impact brain development and behavior. Designed for everyday community members, educators, and front-line staff, it shifts the mindset from “What is wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?” to build supportive, resilient environments.
