Words That Built a Nation: A Constitution Day Reading
Jackets Vote, a program of the Link Center, along with the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Wellbeing and the Jim Dan Hill Library invite all students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community to this Constitution Day program on Thursday, September 17 from 5-7pm in the Jim Dan Hill Library.
Join for a special Constitution Day program celebrating the words and ideas that continue to shape American democracy. Through a community reading and reflection on key passages from the U.S. Constitution, participants will explore the document’s enduring significance and consider its impact on civic life, rights, and responsibilities today.
Free parking, beverages, and refreshments will be provided!

This event is part of UW-Superior’s Superior Dialogues series. Superior Dialogues is UW-Superior’s nonpartisan civil discourse and dialogue series that brings together students, faculty, staff, and community members to engage across differences and discuss complex issues constructively. Through workshops, speakers, facilitated conversations, and community events, participants build skills in respectful dialogue, free expression, viewpoint diversity, and civic engagement while strengthening understanding and connections across the community.
