Join us to learn about Asahi from Nordic Head Trainer, Margaret Vainio. Originating from Finland, Asahi is a versatile health exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels, incorporates gentle movements with slow breathing and can be done seated or standing.

ASAHI Nordic Head Trainer Margaret Vainio comes from Finland. She is a graduate of Northern Michigan University, former choir director and the first woman to become trained to teach all levels of ASAHI and to train instructors. She now travels the world sharing the practice of ASAHI and all of its benefits with others.

Wear comfortable clothing. No experience is necessary. RSVP is not required.
