National Voter Registration Day

Jackets Vote  a program of the Link Center, is inviting students to join us and celebrate Constitution Day and National Voter Registration Day in the Yellowjacket Union on Thursday, September 15 from 12:00pm-2:30pm.

Join us as we recognize the significance of the U.S. Constitution and the important role each individual plays in our democracy. Whether you’re voting for the first time, need to update your registration, or simply want to learn more about the electoral process, this event is designed to help you become an informed and engaged participant in civic life.

Students will have the opportunity to:

·       Register to vote or update their voter registration information

·       Learn about voting options and important election dates

·       Explore nonpartisan voter resources

·       Ask questions about the voting process

·       Connect with fellow Yellowjackets committed to civic engagement

National Voter Registration Day serves as a nationwide nonpartisan reminder that every voice matters, while Constitution Day encourages us to reflect on the rights and responsibilities that shape our democracy.
