This interactive, two-day workshop is designed to equip leaders, managers, and
team members with the practical skills to deliver and receive feedback that
combines empathy and care with courage and honesty. Centering on the practical
application of rigorous social science research in interpersonal and organizational
communication, group dynamics, emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience, and
group cohesion, this program will show participants how to move beyond being
“nice” and conflict avoidance, toward collaborative feedback conversations that
build trust, drive performance, and strengthen relationships. Participants will come
away from this workshop with personalized action plans, scripting tools, and
confidence to implement these practices in one-on-ones, team meetings, performance
conversations and everyday interactions.
