Yellowjackets in Need

At UW-Superior, we’re known for personal connections and taking care of each other. Students are seen, supported, and celebrated – and a student-centered mission isn’t just a phrase, it’s a practice.

UW-Superior has resources to assist Yellowjackets struggling with sudden challenges or food insecurity, which can drastically affect their ability to attend classes, keep up with coursework, or even finish their degree. You can help support students in need by making a gift through the Alumni and Friends Foundation.

Yellowjacket Emergency Fund

The Yellowjacket Emergency Fund provides financial help for students facing urgent and unexpected expenses. This might include medical bills, job loss, family emergencies, or car problems. Sometimes life just doesn’t go the way we planned.

Yellowjacket Food Pantry

The Yellowjacket Food Pantry is a great resource to help students make ends meet. Located in Swenson Hall, the purpose of the food pantry is to discreetly provide supplemental food and other necessities to students free of charge.
